Sometimes it's hard to find toys that will give your children a creative boost. All children love to pretend play but in this modern age of video games and toys that basically play for the child, that skill can be diminished or lost. It is important to give you child a change to play with the television turned off and the video games put up and let them flex their creative muscles.

One simple yet mind expanding toy many kids enjoy is a puppet theater. The Floor Puppet Theatre by GuideCraft is one of the best and has a lot of room for your kids to get creative. It has an interchangeable marquee signs that can turn this puppet theater into a store, a post office, or using the blank chalkboard sign, anything that the kids can dream up.

The puppet theater is made of very sturdy, non-tip construction from environment-friendly wood. Front curtain slides open and closed for performances or can be tied with Velcro loops for an open counter appearance if the children want to play store or other game that requires a service window.

The dark rear curtain hides puppeteers so when they put on a puppet show they can get really into the moment. When the day of playing is over, this puppet theater folds flat for storage. It is great for keeping one child entertained or will also encourage group play and cooperation with a many children.
