Kids love to say its mine!

Every child has his or her own personality. Probably the phrase heard by parents the most is... Its MINE! Parents then hear screaming, sometimes crying, and then the sound of feet running until they get to you and telling why their brother or sister took away a favorite item. It happens in our house and we're guessing yours also. So we've come up with a couple of ideas to help alleviate the "Mines."
Art work is always a great way to allow children the ability to express themselves. Let them make a hand painted sign they can hang on their door. The sign can be made of a wood block, a piece of cardboard, or water bottles. Something as simple as "Dillons Room" decorated with crayons, glitter glue and stickers.Another great idea is to get some Thank You cards at your local card shop, then order them their own address labels. Kids loving getting mail with their name on it. Imagine the smiles on their face when they see their own name of the labels. This is the perfect way for them to send a Thank You for the educational toy grandma and grandpa sent them for their birthday.
There are lots of ideas. Just be creative and most of all have fun! Do you have any "Mine" ideas? Please let us know.
