If you have customers or clients, odds are some of them have children. Doctors, dentists, therapists...even lawyers and car dealers sometimes meet with new customers who must bring children along for appointments and meetings. And, unless you want bored kids who are no fun to be around, it is important to have age appropriate and entertaining waiting room toys.
Although waiting around for a service is a standard part of modern life, that doesn't mean service providers shouldn't go the extra mile to make sure that the waiting period is as painless and hassle free as possible.
