Have you ever wondered how classroom carpets are made? It takes a team of designers, programmers, some big machinery and humans to print, cut, roll and bag a beautiful classroom carpet.
The video above was made by Carpets for Kids. We would have loved to see the earlier process of the team feeding material into the printers and watching the designs come off the press… maybe we can get that next year.
But… it’s pretty cool watching rolls of printed material get cut, the serge sewn on, tidied up and sealed ready to ship.
At SensoryEdge our focus is to educate, inform, and inspire each person caring for children to be and do their very best. It is not always easy and sometimes we don't take action (or we take the wrong action) because of a lack of understanding the real issues.
We hope that the conversations that occur here will help in some small way better the lives of children, their families, and the professionals who work with them.
We are always looking for valuable contributions to our site so if you are interested in becoming a contributor contact us.
